RTKZ00 Bogie for1000 mm Gauge Passenger Coach

This bogie is mainly intended for 1000 mm gauge passenger coaches, with a maximum axle load of 14 t and a maximum operating speed of 160 km/h.

It comprises a bogie frame, wheelsets, primary suspension, secondary suspension, hand brake system, foundation brake system, traction device and auxiliary equipment.

• The bogie frame features an H‑shaped welded structure with U‑shaped side beams.
• The wheelsets are equipped with Ø838 mm forged steel wheels with a UIC wear‑resistant tread profile.
• Axle and wheelset manufacturing complies with EN 13260 and EN 13261.
• The bogie uses SKF radial short cylindrical roller bearings, and a grounding device is fitted at one axle end per bogie.
• The primary suspension incorporates vertical inner and outer dual coil springs, with axle‑box location by means of an elastic articulated trailing‑arm device.
• The secondary suspension adopts air springs mounted on the frame spring seats.
• Two vertical hydraulic dampers and one lateral damper are installed between the bolster and the frame.
• The brake system employs disc brake units.
• Traction force is transmitted by a “Z”‑shaped traction rod linkage.
