Product Overview

This bogie is designed for operation on the 1435 mm standard gauge.

It is suitable for new-built wagons and wagon maintenance and refurbishment.

The axle load is 22.5 t, and the operating speed is 120 km/h.
The bogie mainly comprises wheelsets, axle boxes, suspension devices, bogie frame, foundation brake rigging, and load-proportional valves.
The bogie frame is of welded construction, featuring high structural rigidity and low unsprung mass.
Equipped with a spherical pivot bearing, the contact area between the bogie pivot and the car body is increased,resulting in uniform load distribution and enhanced capacity to transmit longitudinal and transverse forces.
A two-stage stiffness spring suspension system is adopted to improve the vertical ride comfort of empty wagons, ensuring excellent dynamic performance for both empty and loaded conditions.
The application of Lenoir damping devices satisfactorily meets the demand for different damping forces between empty and loaded wagon operations.
