The automatic production line for wheelsets in Railteco Group's Gangcheng Avenue factory area has officially started

The Port City Avenue factory area of Railteco Group is a key construction project of the company, which showcases Railteco Group's intelligent manufacturing strength. The factory focuses on the three core processes of railway wheelset assembly, bogie assembly, and vehicle assembly, relying on digital and intelligent technology to build a complete intelligent manufacturing system.

On May 11, 2026, the automatic production line for wheelsets officially began operation. With the help of an intelligent control system, the production line has achieved automated production of a series of processes, including wheel axle loading, wheel set pre assembly, wheel set pressing, dynamic balance detection, bearing assembly, axle box assembly, and wheel set running in. It is worth mentioning that over 95% of the equipment and control systems on the entire line are independently developed and manufactured by the company, which fully demonstrates the strong strength of Railteco Group in research and development and manufacturing. With the continuous acceleration of project progress, other production lines will also be put into operation within this month.
