Factory Acceptance of 40ft Container Flat Wagon Underframe

On August 18, 2025, accompanied by Lei Enqiang, the company's Vice General Manager and Project Leader for the Container Flatcar, and Zhang Feng, General Manager of the Overseas Business Department, a four-person customer delegation conducted the final acceptance inspection of the 40FT container flatcar chassis prototype. After five days of intensive work, both parties inspected the prototype at the production site, confirmed any necessary rectifications, and reviewed quality documents during production. The product sample passed acceptance, and the company agreed to package and ship the product to the customer's assembly plant for loading and testing.

This container flatcar chassis project, from its inception to final customer acceptance, although fraught with challenges, ultimately yielded a satisfactory result. This demonstrates that the project implementation was characterized by correct decision-making, effective execution, and sound organization, a testament to the collaborative efforts and hard work of all departments within the company.

However, the issues raised during the customer's acceptance inspection revealed shortcomings in our understanding and mastery of product manufacturing standards and testing methods, particularly when dealing with customers with high product quality requirements. Based on our experience with the prototype vehicles, we firmly believe that in the later stages of mass production, we will prioritize improving the overall product quality management process and requirements, enhancing the overall quality awareness and skills of operators, and raising the inspection level of quality inspectors. We will ensure that the underframes of 109 container flatcars are completed on schedule by the end of this year and guarantee our quality commitment of zero customer rejection rate.
